Parents can protect their child in many ways. They can for example see what their child/childrens do on the internet, if they're cyber bullied or if they are bullying others. Look after their child. They try to give their child the best childhood they can have, I think that is protection in someway. Just show their child that they really cares about him/her. To forgive them and help them.


3.
Get in fit. (As many other).
Hang out more with friends in real life instead by the computer.
Collect money instead of just spend them just when I've got them.
Be outside more.
Eat healthy.
